Orders are not shipped on:

• UK bank holidays
During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

We ship via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days
• Tracked / Signed For: 1 to 3 working days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.
Delivery Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, Isabella & Co is not responsible for postal delays caused by Royal Mail.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact us and we’ll happily assist where possible.

About Isabella & Co.
Isabella & Co. was named after my first born daughter, Isabella.
After becoming a mum, I found myself searching for beautifully made, practical and neutral kids clothing. I wanted pieces that could be shared and coordinated easily between siblings - clothing made to be loved, worn, and passed on.
What began as a personal wish soon became Isabella & Co. A brand inspired by my daughter and created with comfort, quality, and timeless design at its heart. Isabella remains my daily inspiration and the reason behind everything we create.
About Isabella
I’m 2 years old and I love my mummy and everything she creates. I’m the little inspiration behind Isabella & Co, and you’ll spot me modelling some of our pieces around the website.
When you shop with us, you’re supporting a local family business 🤍 Oh, and I can personally confirm… the clothes are super comfortable.
And that’s coming from a very honest 3 year old.
About Raphael
I’m 1 year old, and yes… my mum definitely has her hands full.
While my big sister Isabella may be the inspiration behind the brand, I’m here to show that these clothes are made for all little ones, not just her. You might spot me modelling around the website, so keep an eye out when you’re browsing.
