• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
• Damaged
• Faulty
• Incorrect

Include your order number and a photo where possible.
Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• We’ll notify you of approval
• Store credit will be issued via email
• Credit is valid for 12 months
Please note:
• We do not offer cash refunds unless an item is faulty
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a different item is to:
• Return your original purchase
• Use store credit to place a new order
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return postage
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Tracked return shipping is recommended
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
