Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Orders are not shipped on:

• Weekends
• UK bank holidays

During busy periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

We ship using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Delivery: 2 to 4 working days
• Tracked / Signed For: 1 to 3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy postal periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website.

Delivery Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, Isabella & Co is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for:

• Parcels delivered to incorrect addresses
• Delays caused by address errors
